Lugexa does not currently provide checkout, direct payment, a paid subscription or a purchasable cloud plan on this website. There is therefore no active Lugexa website-payment refund process.
App marketplaces
If a paid product or in-app purchase is offered through Google Play or the Apple App Store in the future, the applicable marketplace may process the payment and refund request under its rules. Any marketplace terms will operate alongside rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Lugexa will link only to an official public listing when one exists.
Future direct billing
Before any direct subscription or payment launches, Lugexa will publish clear information about prices, taxes where applicable, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, refund handling and statutory rights. No refund guarantee is currently promised.
