Lugexa aims to make its public website usable by as many people as practical, including people who use a keyboard, screen reader, text zoom or reduced-motion setting.
Measures currently in place
- Semantic page landmarks and a single primary heading on each public page.
- A skip link that becomes visible on keyboard focus.
- Keyboard-operable navigation with visible focus and Escape-key closing on small screens.
- Descriptive link labels and text labels alongside status colours.
- Responsive layouts, text wrapping and support for reduced-motion and forced-colour preferences.
- Contrast adjustments for body text, navigation, footer text and focus indicators.
- No auto-playing media, CAPTCHA, modal dialog or mouse-only form control.
Known limitations
The website has received an automated and code-level accessibility review, but it has not been exhaustively tested with every browser, device and assistive-technology combination. No formal WCAG conformance claim is made. Third-party browser or hosting behaviour may also be outside Lugexa’s direct control.
Report an accessibility problem
If you have difficulty using the site, email support@lugexa.com. Describe the page, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology used. Do not include unnecessary personal information.
Ongoing review
Accessibility should be checked again when interactive forms, account areas, payment flows, video, consent controls or other third-party content are introduced.
This statement describes technical accessibility work and known limits. It does not claim that every page conforms fully to a particular WCAG level.
