10 GB per property, approximately 10,000 compressed luggage photos.

90-day cloud photo retention
50 GB per property, approximately 50,000 compressed luggage photos.

Custom retention
250 GB+ or custom capacity, subject to a future agreement.
Actual capacity varies depending on image size.
Storage limits would apply to cloud photos. Retention determines how long photos remain available; capacity determines how much cloud photo data a property can hold. Luggage records and history may remain after photos expire.
Future cloud behaviour
Clear warnings without interrupting luggage management.
If cloud storage launches, the intended warning language is:
“Your property is approaching its cloud photo storage limit.”
“Your cloud photo storage is almost full.”
“Cloud photo storage is full. Luggage records can still be created, but new cloud photos cannot be uploaded until storage becomes available or your plan is changed.”
This describes intended future behaviour only. Luggage records would not be automatically deleted because cloud photo storage is full, and expired photos would continue to be removed according to the retention period.
